I have been your customer since you opened the Kubwa, Abuja outlet. It's been a significant rise for you and I can add that you have become a dominant feature in terms of products and services. I enjoy the services and would have to say that there is still room for improvement in some areas. I want to commend the passion and diligence exhibited by your staff whenever I come to the outlet. I also want to mention Beauty who has been outstanding in her services though I noticed that she has not been coming to work for sometime. I was told that she was on leave, but I have since then discovered that there's more to her absence. Further inquiries by me revealed that she was suspended over an issue with a customer. Although I don't have details of the problem or trying to interfere in your internal disciplinary mechanism, I am still convinced that she could be given another chance. My position stems from the fact that relationships between customers and service providers are delicate and exploited sometimes by customers, especially going by the dictum that "customers are always right". Well, I know that the period of the suspension has taught one or two things about work and life. However, for your customers who can still vouch for her services, I am appealing that you pardon her so she can return to work. Thanks.

Good morning to you My name is Mukhtar and I am a proud customer of Wilson Confectionaries in abuja, I can say that I have been patronizing you for close to 3 years now, I buy my cakes, bread, and snacks for me and my children. And I am very satisfied with your service and the quality of your food. However, I wish to draw the attention of the management to something I don't find palatable and I believe, some other customers might have noticed well.
I discover that a particular staff of yours is always shirtless, and sometimes he is spotted in boxers this has been happening since this fellow started working here, after my inquiry, I was told he is the chief baker. I expect much responsibility from such. Even if he lives there, there should be an official time, and even if he has finished his job, staff, and customers shouldn't be seeing that.
He seems to believe that he is bigger than the management in abuja here, I mean seeing him, he probably might be older than the manager, the lady has been up and doing to the beat of her ability.
I am taking this time to write to you, so you understand how familiar I am and how much I want Wilson to be the best they have always been in Kubwa. However, I suggest that Chief Baker be transferred to somewhere he can be tamed and guided because he seem very irresponsible. Thank you as we anticipate your action
