Good day,lease i went to the kubwa branch of gtb to make a complaint about me not having access to my onlline banking app due to the fact that i forgot my password to the email i used there so i was asked to change it which i did replacing it with this very gmail and they said it will be effective within 24hours..its already 48hours and i stil cant have access.please what do i do becausse i havent been getting alerts on this same account for over 2 years now.
