The LTO Oil & Gas Office comprising of the Upstream, Downstream and Oil Servicing offices, occupies some floors of this prestigious building. The office formerly occupied the 8th and 11th floors but have recently been moved to the newly renovated 9th and 10th floors of the building. Jurisdiction: All oil Exploration & Production Companies in the country, all Non Resident Servicing companies and their Nigerian affiliates irrespective of turnover and all marketing and servicing companies with turnover of N1billion and above in the country except those whose registered addresses are in South-south & South East regions

Dear Sir/ Ma,

It was observed that a TIN had existed for our company (Manyiso International Nigeria Limited) when we came to Ikoyi MSTO to register for VAT or TIN. On FIRS TIN verification page, out tax office is LTO Lagos Oil and Gas (Upstream) whereas our company is not an oil and gas. Our company registered office address is 188. Ikorodu/ sagamu Expressway, Lagos, our TIN is supposed to be domiciled at Ikorodu MSTO being the catchment area instead of Ikoyi MSTO.We plan to re-direct the TIN from Ikoyi to Ikorodu MSTO because of the proximity.

How do we get a TIN redirection application/ letter to the LTO Lagos Oil and Gas (Upstream)?
