Dear Diamond Bank,
I wish to notify you about the anormmalies experienced by this account holder 0104661894 Mrs Florence Aina who is my mother.
She complained about some money withdrawn by an unknown person from her account and Jibowu branch were unable to trace how the money went missing.
Now for about 3weeks, the sum of twelve thousand was transferred into her account which did not reflect in the account. She forwarded a complaint but the money is yet to reflect in her account.
Please i will like this account to be investigated and will also be expecting a call from you before as soon as possible.
